Since Dec 12th 2021 – the day the Mini Sport package should have arrived according to the first UPS notification – I have been calling UPS 25 times !!! I opened a claim and 2 internal investigations. There is no other way to put it: Their support sucks – no, it doesn’t even exist.
Only by luck and via some corners (somebody I know that knows somebody that works at UPS) progress was achieved. Afaik, all UPS packages from the UK to Germany processed in Herne-Boening and my impression is that this place is chaotic as hell.
Well, a new delivery date is still missing – but I am optimistic that it will be here before the end of the week. The delivery drivers are at the end of the chain in this huge company but from my experience are the ones that simply do their job. A fish rots from the head down…..
