I suppose that, if you’re going to lose a clutch, the end of the season is preferable to the first drive in spring. Now, you can add this to your winter projects list.
I really hoped that the recent clutch adjustment would have bought me more time. I know that the root cause is the cable and lack of freeplay.
Uphill we got thick smoke coming out of the gearbox tunnel. The smell was quite bad as well.
Hopefully the replacement won’t be too difficult
