Viktor Günter Motorsport in Cologne did an excellent job again. I asked them to check the ignition, the carburetor and help diagnose the "overheating" issue. All of this is sorted out now. The main reason I got a trailer for the Morgan this Monday morning was the issue with the alternator that came up last weekend.
